New ECSA report seeks to improve gender equality for music creators

CIAM partner ECSA has released “Fostering Gender Equality among Music Creators”, a report by ECSA’s Working Group on Diversity & Inclusion.

The new report details seven recommendations to enhance gender equality, provides information on gender equality within ECSA's network, and highlights initiatives from members and the Working Group.
