Angelique Kidjo wins 2015 Grammy Award

CISAC is delighted to announce that the organization’s Vice President, talented African songwriter and performer Angelique Kidjo, won a GRAMMY Award this Sunday (8 February) for “Best World Music Album” with her album Eve.

This is the second GRAMMY awarded to Kidjo. In a powerful statement made at the award ceremony, she dedicated the album “to the women of Africa, their beauty and resilience.”
